One rate, no chain of intermediaries
You agree terms directly with the operator. Nobody passes the workers through several companies with a mark-up at each step. The rate is broken down openly: net pay, statutory contributions, the operator's fee.
Selection and full administration of skilled workers for construction, installation, fit-out and industrial projects in Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and France. Employment contract, pay, social security and posting documents stay with the licensed partner operator. Crews work as a subcontractor under their own foreman.
Three points where our model differs from a typical chain of intermediaries.
You agree terms directly with the operator. Nobody passes the workers through several companies with a mark-up at each step. The rate is broken down openly: net pay, statutory contributions, the operator's fee.
A1 certificate, the posting notification of the host country, documents for third-country nationals and a safety induction. Workwear and PPE to the client's specification.
The deadline for replacing a worker who drops out is set in the contract. Replacements come from the operator's own vetted reserve, not from new job ads.
Deadlines and responsibilities are written into the contract with the partner operator – no grey areas.
You describe the need: trades, headcount, country, period, accommodation. A manager clarifies the details within 1–2 working days.
You receive an offer with a broken-down rate and an agreed replacement deadline. The contract is signed directly with the partner operator, with no commitment until signature.
The operator arranges A1, notifications, accommodation and travel. Depending on documents, the first workers are on site within 5 to 15 working days.
One contact for day-to-day questions, monthly reconciliation of hours and replacement when needed.
Electrical, building and fit-out, installation, plumbing and heating, roofing, solar, metalwork, welding, industrial cleaning and automotive. Other trades on request.
Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and France. Employment and posting run through a licensed partner operator based in Poland.
From a single worker to get to know each other up to crews of more than 20 people. For larger teams, a foreman of the operator who speaks your language runs the work on site.
The partner operator, as the employer. You receive one invoice with a breakdown: the worker's net pay, statutory contributions and taxes, and a fixed fee for administration.
The rate depends on the trade, the country, the monthly volume of hours and accommodation. We prepare an individual calculation for each request, usually within 1–3 working days.
