Staffing outsourcing, crew placement and takeover of posted personnel for industrial projects in Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and France. BRIGGO does not disclose contacts or promise availability before a manager verifies the conditions.
Many companies employ personnel from Ukraine, Moldova, and Belarus through a Polish posting operator. We offer the same model — with a transparent calculation and a complete document package. The switch does not stop your work: your people stay on site, only the posting entity changes.
Share your current service rate — we will prepare a calculation for your workers. If our offer is not better, we will tell you honestly.

A1 certificates, LIMOSA, third-country documents, duty of care — a complete file per worker before day one.
A replacement from our own vetted pool if a worker drops out. Reinforcement — a full crew with a German- or Polish-speaking foreman.

Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and France are the primary posting countries. Employment and secondment are handled by a licensed Polish partner operator.
The partner operator pays wages and all statutory contributions. Your company receives a single invoice with a service rate whose structure is disclosed up front, without hidden add-ons.
A1 certificates (posting social security), LIMOSA and third-country worker permits are prepared before the person starts on site. Duty-of-care sits with the operator.
A replacement is sourced from the operator's own vetted pool. The replacement SLA is agreed in the contract and depends on trade and region.
Every rate breaks down into three parts: the worker's net wage, statutory taxes and operator contributions, and a fixed service fee. Each part is documented in the calculation.
