1. Data we collect
An employer request contains company and project details, contact information, workforce demand, timing, accommodation expectations, and the intended supervision model. The public form is not intended for passports, residence permits, medical information, or bank details.
2. Why we use it
The data is used to review the request, contact the company, check specialist availability, qualify the cooperation model, and prepare the next operational step.
3. Website analytics
BRIGGO uses EU-hosted Matomo Cloud only after separate visitor consent. We send the visited path, interface language, and fixed funnel event names; form values, names, phone numbers, email addresses, and message text are never sent to analytics. Declining does not limit the website. The choice is stored for 180 days in the essential briggo_analytics_consent cookie.
4. Who has access
Complete requests are available only to authorized managers. Public specialist cards contain no direct contact details. Any release of a specialist's contact is coordinated separately after the request has been reviewed.
5. Retention and security
Before public launch, BRIGGO must approve retention periods, deletion procedures, backups, access logs, and processor agreements for every data category.
6. Your rights
The verified operator contact and legal details will be published before advertising and real lead collection. The applicable GDPR rights and request process will be stated there.
The legal data controller, contact address, retention periods, and applicable GDPR legal basis must be published.
