Three points where our model differs from a typical chain of intermediaries.
A1 for social security, then the notification of the host country: German customs (Zoll), LIMOSA in Belgium, WagwEU in the Netherlands, SIPSI in France. The package is complete before the worker steps on site.
Workers from Ukraine, Moldova and Belarus are employed by the Polish operator with a Polish residence permit and work permit, and are posted under the freedom to provide services. We check the documents when a worker joins the reserve.
Health insurance, safety induction, workwear, travel to site and resolving disputes are handled by the operator as the employer.
Deadlines and responsibilities are written into the contract with the partner operator – no grey areas.
The manager clarifies the trade, the length of the assignment, the host country and the documents the workers already hold, if they are your own staff.
A1 usually takes 3–10 working days, LIMOSA, WagwEU and SIPSI 1–3 days; the German notification is filed before work starts. The operator runs the whole package in parallel.
Transport to site, accommodation, induction in the worker's language, PPE. During the first shift the foreman or an operator contact is reachable.
Tracking A1 validity and extensions, replacement from the reserve, monthly reconciliation of hours.
The A1 confirms that the worker pays social security contributions in the country of employment, here Poland, and not in the host country. Without an A1, host-country authorities can claim contributions under their own law.
Germany: registration with customs (Zoll) before work starts, plus SOKA-BAU in construction. Belgium: LIMOSA. The Netherlands: WagwEU via the Meldloket. France: SIPSI, plus the BTP card on construction sites. The operator files all of them.
The operator, as the employer, is responsible for lawful employment and posting. In all four countries, however, the client can be held liable for the subcontractor's wage obligations – in Germany as a guarantor for the minimum wage. That is why we give you pay and notification records to verify compliance.
