Service · Posting compliance

A1, LIMOSA, WagwEU, SIPSI
– compliance for posted workers.

The complete document set for posted workers in four countries: the A1 certificate from Poland, then the host-country notification – German customs (Zoll) and SOKA-BAU, LIMOSA in Belgium, WagwEU in the Netherlands, SIPSI and the BTP card in France.

What you get

How it works in practice.

Three points where our model differs from a typical chain of intermediaries.

01

One package per host country

Germany: customs (Zoll) notification and, in construction, SOKA-BAU. Belgium: LIMOSA and Checkinatwork. The Netherlands: WagwEU via the Meldloket. France: SIPSI, an appointed representative in France and the BTP card. For single workers and whole crews.

02

Records for your liability as the client

In all four countries the client can be held liable for the subcontractor's wage obligations. The operator keeps the document archive and provides pay and notification records to you and to inspectors on request.

03

Validity and extensions

Tracking the validity of A1 and notifications, extension before expiry without interrupting work, notice of any change in status.

Process

From the first request
to the team on site.

Deadlines and responsibilities are written into the contract with the partner operator – no grey areas.

01

Audit of existing documents

The operator checks which documents your workers already hold and what needs to be issued or renewed.

02

Issuing what is missing

The A1 is requested from ZUS in Poland; notifications are filed through the official portals of the host countries.

03

Handover and archive

The full package goes to you and stays with the operator for inspections. Copies are kept on site with the foreman.

04

Deadline monitoring

Automatic reminder 30 days before any document expires. The extension is filed before the deadline.

Frequently asked questions

Answers before the first call.

We already handle part of the documents – can we keep that?

Yes. The operator can take over only the items where you need help, for example only the A1 or only LIMOSA. The full package is usually cheaper overall.

How long do the documents take?

A1 3–10 working days; LIMOSA, WagwEU and SIPSI 1–3 days; the German notification before work starts. Fast-track handling is available for urgent projects.

What applies to third-country nationals?

Workers from Ukraine, Moldova and Belarus need a Polish residence permit and work permit before work starts. The operator checks both when a worker joins the reserve.

Who bears a fine?

The operator is liable for errors in handling the posting. If such an error leads to a fine, the operator indemnifies you – the terms are set out in the contract.

Do you work with direct contracts?

Yes. The contract is signed directly with the partner operator. BRIGGO is the single point of contact and coordinator, not an extra link in the employment chain.
